  The apartment layout is great. I moved in July 2017 and everything was great until August 4. My washer started leaking from the bottom everytime it drained so I stopped using it for the time being and submitted a maintenance request. I submitted three total for the same issue because maintenance never came to fix it. In September I received a notice that said my washer maintenance request was completed on the online account. Today, 9/8 I try it and of course it leaks water everywhere, so much it starts getting on the carpet in my living room. Now my dryer smells like it is going out too. Thankfully my friend, who lives in the same complex, has been letting me wash at her apartment. Great thing her washer and dryer work because her refrigerator has been leaking since she moved in back in February and she was told on two seperate occasions by maintenance that it had been fixed. I am not sure what maintenance does during the day but obviously it is not fixing appliances. If I could posts pictures and videos I definitely would. It is very disappointing that I can't wash and dry one load of clothes, in my own apartment, that I pay $765 for monthly.
