  Do not rent here, here is why: 1. They drag their feet on the initial application. Good thing I had a few months left on my last lease or I would have been without a place to live. This should have been the first sign. 2. The premises is absolutely not worth the cost. Outdated appliances, the commons are always filthy, there is not enough parking, and the secured entrance is certainly not secure. There is pet waste everywhere so don't expect you children to play outside. 3. When we moved in, they weren't done painting the walls, the microwave was on the floor, and there was a washer and dryer even though we made it clear we had our own. 4. I have had several "noise complaints." I am a little too old to be partying, plus I get up at 4 to go to work. I guess the sound of my two year old running into my room was a bit too much. 5. They have tried to get my Nanny to complete a background check. I can't help but think it is because he is a black male. The lease states that anyone there over 50% of the time needs to be on the lease. He is there for a maximum of 55 hours per week, well below that threshold. 6. They gave me a ticket for not moving my car. It was there over the weekend during a snow storm. I will be seeking legal council with the next allegation. So do yourself a favor and avoid all of this. I'm glad other people have had good experiences here but that had not been the case for me.
