- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I honestly can't understand all the poor reviews here--I assume that it's people who have had horrible experiences who tend to review more than those of us who are satisfied. I'm now in the middle of my second year of my second lease with Pro Properties, and was with them for about three years prior to this. In that time, I've never had any problems either with the property or the management. I've had several maintenance requests in both apartments I've been in and each time they've been resolved or are in the process within one to two days. They do have some strict policies, especially concerning late rent, but I've never personally had a problem. I was late due to weather one month, and they were willing to let it slide. My first apartment was a duplex that was a steal at 650 for 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with new carpet and paint. There were problems, of course, since it was an older building, but all in all I was very satisfied. My current apartment is in a larger building. Again, it's an older building, so there are of course some issues with things like the windows, but for the price I'm satisfied. Bottom line--if you're timely with your rent and don't cause problems with other tenants, you shouldn't have any problems with management.By Cassi Grotepas, March 24, 2018
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I lived at a Pro Property apartment in 2016 and I originally had chosen the apartment because there was a property manager, Sarah, who was very easy to get a hold of and discuss issues with. Pro Properties Manager, Sarah, was always very responsive and handled any issue I had right away. There were a few times I came home and my water was turned off, without notice, in order to maintenance another apartment. I called Sarah to find out why I didn't have any water; she contacted the workers and got it turned back on right away. Unfortunately during the end of my occupancy Pro Properties handed over the property management to D. Thompson Realty without any forewarning to the tenants. If the property management had stayed the same during my occupancy I might have given 4 stars but the move-out process was a disaster. D. Thompson was in charge of the property when I moved out but they had no part in the move-out process which was very frustrating. I had some issues with what I was charged for move-out cleaning but could never get an answer as to why I was charged so much and was also charged more than what my lease stated. It was not until Sarah was hired back (2 months post move-out) to manage the properties that anything was resolved. We compromised and came to a resolution we were both happy with.By Taylor Pizinger, September 01, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I lived here for 13 months and it was really nice. I had issues with a previous landlord and they accepted me. I can not thank them enough. I also was ending a job and starting a new one and they always worked with me if I was ever late on rent. The apartment itself was nice and LARGE. Carpet was clean and kitchen has a gas stove. (also ceiling fans!) I never really heard anything from my neighbors and there was always parking. I really can not thank Sarah enough for being a great landlord/apartment manager. 10/10 would move in again.By Olivia Davis, May 18, 2017
